Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellation Policy
When the customer places an order with Oxycell, often it ships the same day from the warehouse within hours of the order being placed. If the customer cancels an order when goods are already in transit with the shipping provider, then a 20% cancellation fee, plus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will apply in addition to the cancellation fee. This is necessary because the item has already been, picked, packed, shipped and has left the warehouse on a shipping vehicle.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@oxycell.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to the manufacturer and you will need to pay for the return shipping. There is also a 30% restocking fee on most items (please ask if you are unsure). Returns past 30 days will only be accepted on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Oxycell management and subject to a 50% restocking fee on all equipment. All restocking fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (unauthorized returns) will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or customized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If a paid order is cancelled by customer or returned, restocking fees and shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount processed. Please note there are no refunds on hyperbaric chamber equipment unless approved in writing at the sole discretion of Oxycell management. Orders that do not meet return criteria above are eligible for replacement, consignment or store credit only.p
