Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver all orders in a timely fashion. Time to delivery varies based on customization and item weight or shipping method. The following outlines our delivery policy for orders within the lower 48 US states. Please add up to 10 business days for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment in full.
Customized orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks from initial deposit.
Small parcel delivery orders typically arrive within 5-7 days from dispatch.
LTL orders for heavier freight can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on the carrier.
